Driver’s Village Auto Expo
SWEEPSTAKES
HOW TO ENTER
-
Beginning 1/21/08 at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET")
through February 3, 2008 at
11:59:59 P.M. ET go to
www.dvoffers.com and
complete the online
registration. You may also
enter by sending a 3 x 5 card
with your name, address, city,
state, zip code, daytime
telephone number, and date of
birth to "Driver’s Village
Auto Expo" Sweepstakes, c/o
Driver’s Village, 5885 East
Circle Drive, Cicero, NY
13039. You may also enter the
sweepstakes from February 6
-10, 2008 at the Driver’s
Village booth at the 2008
Syracuse Auto Expo. All
online and mail entrants, will
receive two (2) tickets to the
2008 Syracuse Auto Expo.
Tickets can be picked up at
Driver’s Village, or mailed
via US Mail upon request.
Limit two tickets per
household.

Limit one entry per outer mailing envelope. Mail-in
entries must be delivered via
the post office and postmarked
by January 31, 2008 and
received by February 3, 2008
to be eligible for the
drawings.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen or
misdirected mail or processing
or printing errors.

All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with,
or illegible will be void.

MECHANICALLY REPRODUCED ENTRIES NOT ACCEPTED.

Limit one entry per person regardless of method of
entry.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not
be acknowledged or returned.
WINNER SELECTION
-
One (1) prize winner will be selected each day of the
2008 Syracuse Auto Expo
(2/6/08 – 2/10/08) via a
random drawing at the Driver’s
Village booth, from among all
eligible entries received
prior to the conclusion of
that day’s show The drawings
will take place once the Show
has concluded for that day.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries
submitted.

All prizes will be awarded.
-
Need not be present to win.
-
Prize Winners will be notified by phone or certified
U.S. Mail at Sponsor's sole
discretion.
PRIZES

Five (5) prizes are available, (one (1) prize will be
awarded per day, 2/6/08 –
2/10/08 in random order – the
prize awarded on any given day
of the show will be determined
at the sole discretion of
Sponsor): 1) One (1) 50”
Plasma TV, approximate retail
value ("ARV"): $2,000.00; 2)
One (1) 2008 Syracuse
University Basketball prize
pack including two (2) tickets
to a 2008 season game based on
availability and $100 cash,
ARV: $200; 3) One (1) pair of
tickets to the 2008 Pocono 500
race, ARV: $200.00; 4) One (1)
pair of tickets to Watkins
Glen Raceway during the 2008
season based on availability,
ARV: $200; 5) One (1)
certificate for a 3 day-2
night stay in Toronto for two
(2) people, double occupancy,
certificate includes hotel
room and breakfast, dates and
hotel based on availability at
time of booking, retail
value: $500.00.

No cash alternative or prize
substitutions will be allowed,
except Sponsor reserves the
right to substitute prize of
comparable value if a prize
listed or any portion thereof
is unavailable for any
reason. Applicable portions
of the Prizes will be
delivered only to an address
in the United States.

The ARV of any electronic prize is subject to price
fluctuations in the consumer
marketplace based on, among
other things, any gap in time
between the date the ARV is
estimated for purposes of
these Official Rules and the
date the prize is awarded or
redeemed. If the actual
purchase price of an
electronic prize is less than
the ARV stated herein, the
prize winner will NOT be
entitled to a check, cash or
other form of payment for the
price difference.

Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed
as part of the prize. Winners
are responsible for all other
expenses, including travel
to/from the specific event or
Toronto hotel. Hotel booking
must be completed within one
(1) year of date prize is
awarded.
ELIGIBILITY

Entrants must be legal U.S. residents who are 18 years
of age or older at the time of
entry.

Employees of Driver’s Village ("Sponsor"), Time Warner
Cable, Inc., and each of their
respective advertising and
promotion agencies and the
immediate family members of
each are ineligible.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
-
Entry constitutes permission
to use winner’s name, address,
quotes, utterances and
likeness for promotional or
business purposes without
further compensation except
where prohibited by law.

Prize winners must sign and
return an affidavit of
eligibility and
liability/publicity release,
which must be returned within
four (4) days of first
attempted notification or the
prize may be forfeited and
awarded to an alternate
winner.
-
Prize winners may be required
to produce picture ID for
identification.
-
Sponsor, Time Warner Cable,
Inc. and their respective
advertising and promotion
agencies, affiliates and
parent companies assume no
responsibility or liability
for damages, losses, or injury
resulting from acceptance or
use of any prize.
-
Prize winners are responsible
for all local, county, state
and federal taxes applicable
to the prizes.
-
Winners must meet all criteria
in these rules or face
forfeiture of prizes, based
upon the decision of Sponsor.

By participating in the
Driver’s Village Auto Expo
Sweepstakes, entrants accept
and agree to these rules and
the decisions of the judges,
which shall be final and
legally binding.
